Job Responsibilities

· EHS&S

-Attend the basic EHS training and pass the test such as fire safety, health check & personal protection, unsafe behaviour, instant report and so on.

-Propose EHS suggestion and complete the finding CAPA on time. Track the near miss and EHS concern follow actions.

· Quality

-Pass the GMP and relevant material quality related knowledge test. Understand and follow GMP and other procedure such as GBS operation, document check, and personal GMP behaviour.

-Know the basic material planning process, product category and material expiry concept.

-Be familiar with GMP and SOP, sort and summarize practice for coaching other people.

-Have the command of material quality control points, deviation risks during material delivery, can use the problem solving tools to analyse the root cause, work out the CAPA.

-Have the ability of quality improvement on material procurement.

· Material Planning

-Follow the safety stock strategy and coordinate with global and local supplier vendor to ensure the material delivery.

-Lead the material demand plan for purchasing department and supplier to optimize the material delivery and reduce the material shortage risk.

-Execute material planning and procurement to ensure uninterrupted external supply of all purchasing materials in order to support BioChina CMO project activities.

· Material procurement Management

-Utilize the lean concept to optimize the local material procurement process with local purchasing department.

-execute and develop the material procurement process for different sites(Oasis and Bio-Lab)

-Cooperate with material supplier and local purchasing team to ensure the material procurement and delivery on time for BioChina projects.

· MDM Management

-Implement the material SKU establishment process and work with global MDM experts to build the cell line, BDS and DP SKU for BioChina project.

-Lead the regular meeting to review the material master data and optimize the master data management between Bio-Lab and Oasis.

-Operate the GBS material system to submit the material request and maintain the material master data for project.

· Material Supplier Management

-Execute and optimize the material supplier management procedure which include the material problem investigation, complaint management and CAPAs follow up.

-Lead the regular material supplier communication meeting to involve local purchasing and QA to improve the material supplier management capability.

-Work as material supplier management procedure to follow and solve the specific material problems during the project.

· Material Inventory Management

-Establish the material inventory priorities and evaluate the material inventory risk with production expert to reduce the inventory especially for high cost material.

-Work with project team to define the long lead time material and build the reasonable inventory to control the inventory cost.

-Monitor inventory trends and analyse unexpected developments and deviations from the defined objectives

· Material packaging size optimization

-Lead the regular material review meeting to collect the request from production, QC and warehouse to define the opportunities for material packaging size optimization.

-Execute the change control and finish the related tasks for the material packaging size change.

· Other Responsibilities

-Organize the team learning for BioChina Culture and AAI.

-Attend the BioChina Culture and AAI training on time.

-Demonstrate the 5 behaviour to be a cohesive team in the team.

-Demonstrate AAI  in the daily work and share the success story within organization.

-Deliver systematic training on material planning and procurement knowledge and real practice to new employees.

-Be able to work out the one point lesson(OPL).

-Execute training for the new employees for basic material planning and procurement process.

Qualifications

· Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor at least

· Major: supply chain, Bio tech, pharmacy or medicine

· Language skills & proficiency: Fluent English and Chinese

· Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies):

· Minimum of 3 year management experience of supply chain and 4 year experience in pharmaceutical or related industry

· Preferred work experience in Biopharmaceutical company
