Job Description:

· The Retail Store Manager utilizes and coordinates all services provided by UGG Australia Company Stores and makes them consistent with the short and long-term interests of Deckers USA, its employees, and the local community in which they work.

· The Retail Store Manager ensures that the store provides the highest level of customer service possible and ensures store presentation is consistent with our brand image.

· Major parts of the job on a day-to-day basis include managing the daily store operations, supervises and motivate a team of sales associate to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets, managing store staff, store inventory and sales reports , finding new ways to improve sales, meeting customer demand, and coordinates with Beijing office, etc.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high-end commodity or luxury industry is a strong advantage

- Demonstrate up to date best practice in store management

- Good image with nice characteristics

- Good leadership and team management ability, strong communication skills, and with strong sense of responsibility

- Strong problems solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities

- Business level proficiency in written and verbal Mandarin and English

- Proficiency in computer knowledge of MS Office

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications
