Tasks:

• Working as part of the Low Voltage Drives and Automation R&D department, motion products team

• Developing & testing PC software for Windows for industrial motion control applications

• Supporting technical requirement specification for new features

• Leverage best-practice software engineering processes, utilizing appropriate tools

• Support internal and external customers in technical challenges

• Support competence buildup in the team and whole organization

Requirements (must have):

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering is preferred.

• Strong experience of developing PC software, specifically Windows desktop applications

• Experience of developing in Compiler or , Grammar analysis and Virtual Machine.

• Expert in C#, C++, COM, ActiveX, MFC, Visual Studio, .Net, Silverlight

• Experience in working with version control tools, for example Git

• Good English and Chinese communication skills (in word and writing) and positive attitude

Requirements (good to have):

• Working experience >3 years

• Experience of working in a scrum environment / development team

• Experience with scripting language such as Python is a plus

• Experience of user interface design & development

• Knowledge of creating SW installation packages, using e.g. InstallShield

• Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements

• Understanding of SW testing and test automation

• Experience of industrial applications, motion drives or controllers is a plus

• International experience (work or study), or working in an international company is a plus
