1. Responsible for checking monthly payroll and conducting payroll reconciliation. Keep good communication with payroll system vendor.

2. Responsible for income tax reporting, coordinate with finance depart to conduct cost report based upon monthly payroll

3. Assist in C&B standardization in compliance with company policy and government

4. Responsible for monthly report preparation and monthly report consolidation

5. Participate in monthly forecast & annual budgeting process and other compensation related programs

6. Responsible for employees’ social benefits affairs

7. Assist manager to conduct routine management.

8. Provide support on C&B projects where necessary

9. Complete other tasks assigned by manager

任职要求：

1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance, Human Resource is preferred

2. 1 years in payroll function is a must. Manufacturing experience is also a must

3. Own analytical ability, data sensitive.

4. Process and compliance mindset is a must

5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

6. Good at MS office applications, esp. Excel

7. Mature, independent and proactive, confident

8. Problem solving, hard-working, self-motivated, able to work under pressure

9. Good English language, both verbal and written skills
