业务开发 - 整车客户
岗位职责
1. 负责开发区域内整车厂客户,保持与区域内整车厂总部和ME团队的紧密联系。
2. 跟踪关键的项目, 并及时反馈最近项目状态
3. 关键项目的产品品牌指定工作。
4. 目标整车厂和发动机厂备件潜力评估和销售额增长计划。
5. 及时响应客户需求,组织协调解决客户的新产品应用需求和确保为客户最新解决方案
6. 定期组织关键客户技术交流及其他市场推广活动
7. 定期拜访重要的客户确保合理完成工作。
8. 针对项目和业务潜力每月进行业务沟通与检查
9. 直线经理交待的其他任务
任职要求
1.熟悉区域的整车厂客户。
2.在汽车行业有着良好的客户关系和专业经验
3.很强的目标导向和沟通能力
4.有着对于紧急事务的感觉-行动的专注性,勇于承担责任和风险
5.优秀的业务意识与沟通能力。
6.善于人际关系交际与处理,抗压能力强。
7.流利的英语口语与良好的书面英语能力。
8.大学本科或以上学历;电气自动化专业背景;有传感器方面知识技能的优先考虑。
BD Manager - EU
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing vehicle manufacturers in related area, maintaining close contact with the vehicle factory headquarters and ME team in related area.
2. Tracking key projects and timely feedback on recent project status.
3. Key project product brand designation work.
4. Target vehicle and engine plant spare parts potential assessment and sales growth plan.
5. Respond to customer needs in time, organize and coordinate the solution of new product application needs and ensure the latest solution for customers.
6. Regularly organize key account technical exchange and other marketing activities.
7. Regularly visit important customers to ensure the completion of the work.
8. Monthly business communication and inspection for project and business potential.
9. Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Profile of Candidate
1. Familiar with the customer of the whole car factory in related area.
2. Good customer relations and professional experience in the automotive industry.
3. Strong goal orientation and communication ability
4. There is a sense of urgency - concentration of action, responsibility and risk.
5. Excellent business awareness and communication ability.
6. Good at interpersonal communication and handling.
7. Fluent oral English and good written English.
8. Bachelor degree or above, electrical automation background, sensor knowledge and skills preferred.
