业务开发 - 视觉产品 BD

岗位职责

与区域销售团队和视觉行业销售通力配合开发OEM客户。

选择关键的视觉行业客户以及制定计划去发展其销售额。

跟踪关键的项目开发。

与公司视觉行业相关的销售跨部门合作。

定期拜访重要的客户确保合理完成工作。

定期给视觉行业销售以及大区销售开设产品应用等培训。

定期更新项目跟踪清单。

促进公司销售额的增长。

维护和改善与OEM客户的关系。

任职要求

具备3年及以上的销售工作经验。

熟悉区域的视觉行业客户。

大学本科或以上学历；电气自动化专业背景。

优秀的业务意识与沟通能力。

善于人际关系交际与处理，抗压能力强。

熟练的英语口语与良好的书面英语能力。

适应差旅。

BD Engineer - Vision

Responsibilities

Work with RS sales to do the Spec in at OEM plant.

Select Key Vision Customers and setup the plan to develop the business.

Key project tracking.

Cross regional Vision business cooperation.

Regular visit to key OEM and MB to ensure the spec in work done.

Train Vision sales, related RS with application knowledge.

Update project tracking list.

Generate raw leads.

Maintain and improve the relationship with OEM plants.

Profile of Candidate

3 years or above sales working experience.

Be familiar with the vision customers.

Bachelor Degree or above; Electric & automation background.

Good business sense and good communication skill.

Be good at interpersonal relationship handling, and able to work under pressure.

Fluent in both written and oral English.

Be adapt to business travels.
