1、 负责公司新产品的发展规划、需求管理和产品设计工作；

2、 独立完成产品调研，能撰写高质量的需求文档（PRD）、功能定义和交互设计文档，以及流利的表达；

3、 负责实施跟进及进度效果监控，包括设计和开发的跟进配合；

4、 负责产品的每个迭代周期的项目管理，确保迭代周期目标达成，保证产品质量；

5、 关注客户需求与竞争对手产品，了解行业趋势，持续跟踪产品数据和用户反馈，深度思考业务发展问题，不断改进和提升产品体验.

任职资格:

1、 3年以上软件产品经理工作经验，具有完整业务线产品经理经验，注重以用户为中心的产品设计；

2、 2年以上的项目管理经验，要求有较强的项目进度把控和纠偏能力，能够与技术团队有效沟通，了解数据库设计、程序设计，有系统分析或系统架构方面工作经理的优先；

3、 对视觉和交互细节敏感，对用户体验执着，有toC大型产品设计经验更佳；

4、 严谨的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，关注数据，根据数据完成产品分析与决策，提出产品解决方案；

5、 具有较强的责任心、敬业精神，对待工作态度积极、富有激情，主动性强，具有优秀的沟通、推动和执行能力，有良好的心理素质并能承担工作压力；

6、 良好的学习能力、独立思考能力，能够快速学习业务知识及相应领域产品、适应技术更新；

7、 熟练运用Axure、Visio、MindManager、PPT等办公软件；
