Fixed salary+incentive

Responsibilities:

- To set up regional sales budget, to lead the team work towards the goals by workable action plan, to track and supervise the performance, in order to accomplish sales budget of the region.

- To map potential customers and generate leads for the organization, to maintain and improve relationship with customers, in order to expand business in the region.

- To set up effective sales structure, to supervise their performance, to encourage them and to extract the best out of each sales member, in order to ensure the sales group is delivering desired result continuously.

Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent

- Minimum 8 years’ experience with documented sales record

- Sales experience and working knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry

- Familiarity with the financial aspects of the relevant local economy as well as international market conditions and trends, and international business issues, including currency factors and cultural differences

- Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office etc

- Fluent in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customer and other contacts

- Presentation techniques, comfortable with meeting and presenting for groups 2-3 people
