职位描述
Position Summary:
This position will take the responsibility of resolving quality and testing issues of analytical instrument such as UV; driving new product transferring; developing/optimizing manufacturing and test processes; Driving continuous improvement in the areas of responsibility to improve yield and reduce manufacturing cost.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide system technical support to UV series products. Including system debugging, customer quality issues solving, production line trouble shooting, engineering change validation and implementation.
2. Taking part in production transferring, studying product requirements to develop the manufacturing and testing process, drafting the related documents for new transferred or developed products.
3. Developing the assembly/testing fixtures and provide the technical support of maintaining the fixtures.
4. Evaluate localized/defect parts and support the vendor making improvement on their quality.
5. Provide the training to production line operators to ensure the operators understand the product and manufacture the products in an effective and correct way.
6. Leading continuous improvement project on products, assembly/test processes to improve the efficiency and cost of manufacturing.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical analysis/optical engineering or related.
2. At least 3-year of working experience with analytical instruments, UV preferred.
3. Proved educational and practical ability application.
4. Strong English skill in writing, listening and speaking.
5. Good planning, organizing and presentation skills.

1. Instruments optical system design/debugging experience
2. Lean manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience
