Overview of job

As the Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to day performance base projects’ operation for your clients, that including all kind of biddable media execution and optimization. This role also required for client facing, quality control on work delivery and team management internally, support direct supervisor to grow new business if needed.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the General Manager.

In three months:

  • Taken ownership and management of client accounts, hands on implementation and optimization of SEM campaigns at the first place.
  • Built relationships with all key stakeholders and have a good grasp of what’s important to their success
  • Train up junior members of the team to ensure they have enough knowledge on performance campaigns.
  • Learned and understood MediaCom value proposition and can articulate this confidently

In six months:

  • A sound understanding of your clients and campaigns and have presented many of up weight or new opportunities to develop the client’s media activity
  • Taken full responsibility for the management of junior team members, working with them on training programs and learning initiatives
  • Assisted with new business pitches within team and MediaCom
  • Become a trusted advisor to agency and clients and a go to person for all new developments in the industry which relate to performance basis.

In 12 months:

  • Effectively and efficiently be hitting all your clients KPIs and targets for the year
  • Implemented advanced biddable campaign management and optimization technique
  • Developed strategic roadmaps, forecasting plans, and strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc.
  • Worked with the team to build out new products, opportunities, and projects, to enhance MediaCom/GroupM performance product and drive efficiencies through the team

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Take the leading role to finish search proposal, including keywords and ad copy’s creations.
  • Train your team members for basic SEM and data analytics’ skill as the fundamental
  • Familiar with SEM and digital tracking tools.
  • Take the leading role to do data analytics and optimization plan
  • Be the key man of leading team learning and work towards performance project, like able to identify the right DSP partner for relative client/account.
  • Build up relationship with vender.
  • Gain trust rapidly from internal and external

What you will need:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in SEM is a must.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and possess a “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • An affinity to data and numbers
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Not afraid to challenge the norm
  • Hold with Baidu certification
