职位描述 / Position Description：

负责公司办公服务系统及团队的管理与相关技术支持。

Be responsible for management and related technical support for corporate Help Desk service and team.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

· 负责Help Desk 团队的日常工作安排和考勤。

Be responsible for the Help Desk team's daily management and attendance checking.

· 负责桌面、文印系统的实施和维护。

Be responsible for Deskside, Image system implementation and maintenance.

· 负责零星设备的采购和管理。

Be responsible for the petty procurement and management.

· 协助Help Desk团队解决技术问题。

Be of assistance for Help Desk regarding technical issues.

· 协助Help Desk 团队对技术问题的收集、追踪和分析。

Be of assistance for Help Desk regarding technical issues collection, tracing and analysis.

· 协助Help Desk团队对IT固定资产的管理

Be of assistance for Help Desk regarding IT assets management.

· 保证数据中心、机房、主打印机等IT基础设施的正常运转

Ensure normal run of the Data Center, IT room, host printer, etc.

· 负责办公自动化设备的维修、维护和保养

Be responsible for the repair, maintenance and health-care of the OA equipment

· 负责固定电话、移动电话、无线上网卡、视频会议、同声传译系统、金税网络系统的维护

Be responsible for the maintenance of the telephone, mobile phone, wireless card, video
conference, simultaneous interpretation and golden-tax system.

· 负责Help Desk管理系统项目的开发和维护

Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Help Desk management system.

· 定期完成对Help Desk团队的满意度调查

Implement the business satisfaction survey of Help Desk team regularly.

· 定期完成对Help Desk 团队的绩效考核

Implement the performance appraisal of Help Desk team.

· 支持运营、基础设施和应用团队的工作。

Support the work of operation, infrastructure and application team.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

· 大学本科以上

Bachelor and above.

· 两年以上相关工作经验

2 years or above working experience required.

· 专业的IT知识。基础设施项目的实施能力和支持经验

Professional Knowledge in IT Industry. infrastructure project implementation capability
and support experience.

· 良好的英语技能，通过英语四级

Excellent English skills are required，CET-4 is must

· 定义业务需求的能力，并具有根据业务需求转变为系统结构的分析能力, 具有分析系统应用中的问题并能与多方协同解决问题的能力。良好的沟通能力和团队精神, 具备一定的团队管理能力。

Owns ability to determine customer requirements and translate into systems design, owns ability to analyze system problems and coordinate resolution. Good communication skill and teamwork, some ability of leadership is required.

· 用户桌面系统的实施能力和支持经验，ITIL认证资格优先。

Desktop support management experience & ITIL qualification certificate is preferable.

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda.
