Overview:
Provide daily production support and troubleshooting assistance in maintenance area . Stay informed on new technology that can be built in to improve plant performance and productivity. Act as 1st layer of defense

Principle Accountabilities:
Act as the first layer of defense for troubleshooting and problem solving
Provide PM system and update PM check list
Become thoroughly knowledgeable in the process and control systems for whole area of responsibility
Analyze the performance of machines/equipments and make recommendations
Spar parts management and equipment upgrades as required
Efficiently supervise the installation of new equipment and equipment upgrades
Review and update all drawings, machine specifications, and SOP's (Standard Operation Procedure) associated with any installations and upgrades
Become thoroughly knowledgeable in process data acquisition in order to support the MES (management engineering system)
Support the production in maintenancel area (troubleshooting)
Emphasize safety in daily operation by strict adherence to applicable codes and standards
Provide technical leadership, long-term planning for preventive/predictive maintenance. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance system for the production equipment (database and tracking system of all equipment which requires regular maintenance).Update PM system when new equipment entry or equipment modification
Follow up maintenance planning and scheduling and keep W/O completed on time
Lead and supervise staff how to completed regular PM within limited time
Provide training for maintenance staff to minimize equipment downtime
Attend training related to the assigned area
Provide power management for whole plant and keep good relationship with Government bureau
Continue to focus on energy saving and improve energy usage effect
Support to plant project if needed

Education/Experience:
Colleges or above degree in mechanical and electric engineering or equivalent.
5+ relevant working experience in industrial manufacturing companies , auto industry, axle & gear manufacturing background be a plus.

Required Qualifications:
Solid technical knowledge on equipment, facility, electric, fixtures, machining tools, assembly practice
Knowledge of safety, maintain, correct and prevent in workshop
Understand the standards, implementation of Quality & Environment Management System such as ISO14000, ISO9000/TS16949 and other industry specifics standards or regulation
Pro-active Team player and hands-on. Good understanding and practical knowledge of problem solving skills, such as, Root Cause Analysis.
Equipment/facility management report writing skills as well as ability to prepare and present strategies and plans.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent PC skills, being familiar with CAD design will be a plus.
High personal integrity and strong commitment of ethical behavior.
