Overview:
Responsible for materials planning group, purchase order releasing and following up to meet customers requested delivery date.Also need to control inventory of both raw material and finished goods.


Core Responsibilities:
? Develops materials plan according to sales forecast/orders.
? Places purchase order/rolling forecast to local and oversea suppliers
? Follows up purchase orders to fulfill customers' requested delivery date
? Monthly assesses the on time delivery rate of finished goods and purchased parts
? Controls inventory turns and push to clean dead inventory and slow moving inventory timely
? Performs other logistics functional tasks, such as physical inventory accuracy maintenance, customs clearance on needs base
? Focus on environment protection.
? Familiar with customs clearance affairs.
? Make sure ERP system run smoothly with accurate data.

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
? At least 3 years working experience of material planning or purchasing.
? Practical knowledge of ERP system, JIT, 5S, Kanban, Pull System
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Good command of the English language
? Good PC skills
? Team work oriented
? Strong responsibility

Education/Certifications:
? Bachelor Degree, majoring in Logistics, business administration, international trade of equivalent.


Required Qualifications:
Be familiar with ERP System, SAP, Oracle or etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle User
