Overview:

Responsible to organize import/export shipment, go through Customs Clearance, supervise bond material flow, control freight cost.

Core Responsibilities:
? Schedule import/export delivery based on requirement of production and customer order.
? Responsible for import/export customs clearance and apply for relative certification if necessary.
? Set up bonded materials flow and coordinate relative department to follow up.
? Keep excellent relationship with Customs, quarantine and inspection authority.
? Evaluate freight forwarder and monitor performance.
? Verify invoice accuracy and apply for payment requisition.
? Summarize freight or logistics cost and seek opportunities for cost improvement.
? Control material, equipment, finished goods import and export process

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
? At least 5-years related working experience in MNC, auto background is preferred.
? Practical knowledge of ERP system, JIT, 5S, Kanban, Pull System
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Good command of the English language
? Good PC skills
? Team work oriented
? Strong responsibility
? Willing to work under pressure

Education/Certifications:
? Bachelor Degree, majoring in Logistics, business administration, international trade or equivalent.
? Custom Clearance License/Quarantine Clearance License holder is a plus.

Required Qualifications:
Be familiar with ERP system, such as SAP or Oracle.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle User
