Job Responsibilities：

? Review the finished PPT and ensure the material is ready to be converted into an eLearning
? Localize AP technical training material curriculum to meet local market requirements including customization for customers
? Work with the local market technical training team to incorporate feedback and lessons learnt including audio/video presentation feedback into future course creation
? Where the PPT has undergone translation the eLearning Specialist will re-format the translated PPT material (if required) and review for translation errors
? Minor translation errors to be fixed during the review, major errors to be fed back though the translation supplier
? All translation errors, minor and major, to be independently fed back to the translation supplier
? Create eLearning’s using Adobe Captivate (prioritization will be set by market in conjunction with the eLearning Program Manager)
? Incorporate additional video, audio and animations created by the production staff
? Provide feedback and lessons learnt to the training development team
? Develop the FIRTFT course as needs

Job Qualifications
- Able to use Adobe captivate to create e-learning courseware

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Automobile industry working experience background

- Bachelor degree or above

- Strong insight and learning ability on new tools, technologies and things

- Strong sense of teamwork, innovation, responsibility and mission
