职位描述
Main Responsibility:
1. Provide technical support to die cut production line; assist to solve any problem in time to ensure the good running of production.
2. Continuously to looking for solution for efficiency improvement and process optimization to increase value added.
3. Study process capability following a fixed frequency, to link to Manufacturability review.
4. Study and analyze process data, improve process by appropriate methods to ensure the continuous advance of productivity and the compliance with requirements of company and customer.
5. Liaise with product engineers closely to carry out the process control of new product to ensure the production progress of new product and the compliance with customer requirements.
6. Provide training to the personnel to ensure the continuous development of their skills
7. Continuously monitor daily performance such as Waste & efficiency.
Other duties as requested.
Education and Training:
1. University degree on engineering background and related, industrial tooling design is preferred.
2. Be familiar with FMEA, SPC, DOE quality tools.
Experience and Skill:
1. At least 5 years related experiences on die cutting process
2. Be familiar with die cutting machinery and process
3. Experience of process improvement; experience of project management (planning and implementation.)
Personality and Competency:
1. Good English competency, both written and spoken.
2. Good knowledge of die tooling
3. Good communication skill and Customer orientated
4. Good team work requirement
