职位描述
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining direction to all operational personnel within a focus factory in order to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled, customer satisfaction retained and to enable customer growth.
· Provide leadership to the operational unit, resulting in the effective implementation of site strategy, quality, delivery, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
· Develop, lead, and motivate the operational unit. This involves evaluating talent and strengthening the team as required, solidifying succession plans and improving leadership capability.
· Responsible for overall operational performance and capacity management of the Operational Unit to include Materials, Manufacturing and Engineering for the customer.
· Manages resources within the Operational Unit to optimize labor contribution for the customers' operational strategy.
· Provides ability to take prompt and appropriate action to size the labor force in order to achieve customer deliveries and deliver labor contribution to the organization.
· Drives initiatives and improvements to impact increased quality levels.
· Leads continuous improvement, in regards to best practices and performance, focuses on improving site to site operational
· Assures training of personnel and adherence to procedures, work instructions, and assembly build instructions.
· Manage all aspects of Company's Contract Assembly manufacturing, production training and planning
