- For our Industry Sector in NANJING ,we are looking for a SNC I DT Motor Product Development Dept. Manager (Nanjing) 西门子数控（南京）有限公司(SNC) 电机产品开发分部门经理.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Technics Related and Product Related

·Manage to identify, consider and document all significant servo motor (PMSM) and main motor (MM) related state-of-the-art including related applications in China market, related to product development.

·Support site Competence Manager (CoM) to define technical product and product development related basic requirements, such as described in Basic Condition Hardware (BCHW).

2. Tools and Methods: Implement, manage and optimize tool and method applications for SNC R&D Product Development department, strictly aligned with motor cluster strategy and landscape, explicitly related to workforce and resource management (including planning), personnel development and competence management.

3. Process: operate and support to optimize and implement suitable SNC R&D M cluster specific processes inside and compatible with SNC process framework as well as MC process frameworks, aligned with site CoM.

4. Projects related: Support MC product family leader motor and the related project leaders to manage all SNC related projects and the annual project planning.

5. People and Knowledge Related

·Manage to hire suitable team members, according to Site CoMs aligned strategic workforce planning.

·Manage SNC R&D M Product Development team members according to Human Resource (HR) personnel development and performance management processes (PMP).

·Organize competence setup of team members according to the CoMs aligned competence matrix in order to offer all competencies for development projects.

·Identify the assigned employee’s competence status, define, plan and manage improvement measures.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·Profound experience in product development and research related to motors and drive technologies.

·Good experience in people's management.

·Good technical knowledge about mechanics, electromagnetics, thermodynamics, structural mechanical and functional materials, systematic design, production and manufacturing processes.

·Good method and tool knowledge related to moderation, evaluation, invention, analyzing, structuring, coaching, reflection, planning and project management.

·Knowledge of all relevant processes, instructions, regulations, guidelines, like business conduct guideline, PLM process, compliance regulations.
