Main Responsibilities

1. Undertaking remanufacturing product support and facilities running reliability to reduce the downtime and increase the uptime, includes

• Shanghai site utility HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning), electrical and mechanical equipment used in building and other critical production facilities
• Shanghai 2nd floor office, training class room, training centre equipment maintenance and repair if required
• Shanghai STC site building repair and maintenance, include new, old hub building, warehouse, power & security building
  

2. Facility capacity and Capex support.

Management spare  parts replenishment levels and cost control

3. Respond service  database assistance request to complete troubleshooting and repair for building  and facilities. development standard with documentation

4. Active  involvement in STC Kaizen projects (leadership as required). Driving  improvements and new processes that will deliver operational targets.

5.  Supervisor to sub-contractors for safe work and order the work. include service  contract and NDA if require, 

6. Sustain  the certification against local rule and law for electrical, environment. also  LRQA audit support

7. Facility Energy consumption – review and management to keep cost to an  acceptable level.

8. near miss closure and safety risks elimination support as required

Business Knowledge, Educational Background and Work Experience Education Level:

-University – technical degree or Technical training / apprenticeship Electrical and Electronic Engineering related, electrical and electronic maintenance-related Relevant Previous Experience: 3-5 years without degree, 1-2 years with a degree post degree as an electrical or electronic Or 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance facilities.

-WMEC maintenance experience is highly disable Parts Cleaning knowledge is a strong recommended Edwards pump knowledge is highly disable

-Language Skills: Able to speak and write good English is highly desirable

Other Soft Skills and Knowledge:

-Knowledge of company product, process and facilities in Remanufacturing.

-Self-managing individual, capable of working autonomously. 

- Excellent maintenance skills. 

-Good computer skill for MS suit and good knowledge for company e-system.

-Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, quality technique, cost analysis and CAD.

-Certification for electrical. Certificates are good
