1. Purpose of the Job

Support sales on pre sales activity and develop technical knowledge in application scope:

? To support Customers, Sales in China by providing Vacuum and Abatement products knowledge and technical presentations

? Involve major customer JPD or research development process with customer’s TD line or polite line

? To finalize products in sales project, technical interface between customer and headquarter

? Update Product Information Bulletins

? To develop OEM technical windows in SEMI and related market

? work with OEMs to develop new applications in SEMI and related market

? To study customer’s process and improve product performance

? To study feedback on applications experience in the field and product performance issues

? Experience sharing with regional and headquarter on lesson learn in dry pump and abatement regularly

? Study on competitor’s product.

2. Dimensions

The scope of this role is all technical support supplied to the defined market sector in China

？ Sales spec file release

？ Technical issues follow up （CIP）

？ Issue technical memo （AIB,BKM, SIB, PIB）

？ competitor product market research (EVSP)

？ Training and sharing within team.

3. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

? Master Degree level or above in an engineering or science discipline

? At least 4 years’ experience in semiconductor process/field service/mechanical design roles; ideally with an international, high technology company including product support experience in directly relevant areas.

? Vacuum pump and waste gas abatement knowledge is preferred.

? Strong technical sense, good at issue technical materials.

? good in both spoken and written English

? Able to develop/build relationships and interact effectively with customers at the technical level.
