Position Objective

Under general supervision from the AP Sales & Operational Planning Manager,is responsible for coordinate and implement actions from Asia Pacific Sales and Operations Planning to ensure the realization of business objectives and continuous growth.Provide management with the visibility of project order tracking, inventory analysis,production output,and delivery commitments through the Sales & Operational Planning process.

Main Responsibilities

Tracking and coordinate ongoing process to identify, analyzes, and evaluates business volumes of Asia Pacific business by reviewing Backlog data, Sales Forecast, potential Project Forecast. Ensure opportunities and misses are communicated and evaluated as part of Emerson planning process.

Work closely with Sales Leaders to organize AP Sales and Operations Planning activities and ensure alignment with the Divisional Sales & Operational Planning plan in various Sales & Operational Planning review activities.

Working closely with the Supply Chain Planning, Production Capacity Planning on meeting customer delivery expectation, Sales, Marketing and Engineering Team on NPI/Product Obsolescence to support business objectives and identify process improvement activities.

Support the Asia Pacific Project Team in managing CAPEX business from Project Identification, Quote and Booking, maintain close interface with the Hub operations team to support Shipment within the project time line.

Education/Training/Experience

Bachelor degree, with major on international trading is in advance.

Excellent English

ERP system experience is preferred

International working experience

Experience on order management or other customer support related job
