职位描述：
1、 协助总经理制定公司发展战略规划、经营计划、业务发展计划；
2、 负责根据公司的发展规划，提高公司内部管理制度化、规范化；
3、 负责配合公司的整体战略和部署,组织、监督、协调、跟踪公司各项规划和计划的实施；
4、 负责公司日常内部运营，建立良好的部门沟通机制和渠道；
5、 负责对技术、制造、生产及项目执行过程进行全面控制管理；
6、 总经理安排的其他工作事宜。
任职资格：
1. 相关专业（工程管理、建筑管理、工商管理等）本科及以上学历，具有10年以上相关工作经验；
2. 具备极强的责任心、领导力、执行力、团队合作能力；
3. 具备时间管理、自我管理能力，思维缜密、需有全局观念；
4. 具备极强的沟通表达能力、具备独立处理突发、复杂、紧急问题的能力；
5. 能适应短期出差，承担一定的工作压力。
6. 具备制药工程行业5年以上工程项目管理经验、曾经担任过工程总监或总协调职责、若担任过制造企业副总负责过企业运营的优先。
7. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力优先；
