Description of responsibility:
Working together with R&D team to ensure a quality and efficient service during product service lifecycle time, Product Support engineer has main responsibilities:
- Representing the Headquarter Service Organization in the product steering/ change committees and contributing on further product developments,
- Participating in update process and being responsible for generation of Update Instruction to enhance product performance in field,
- Maintaining technical documentation to enable field service organizations fulfilling an economical service,
- Monitoring product performance and evaluating the reliability of data regarding service process (HQ/RU) improvements,
- Supporting new product introduction to ensure a smooth product launch.

Experience required:
- Min. 2 years of field service experience on medical imaging products;
- International culture orientation: experience of working with international employees or customers.

Language Skills:
- Fluent oral and written English
- Education Background:
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
