职位描述
1. 建筑面积11，000平米甲级办公楼。大楼性质为租赁，园区物业负责高压配电、中央冷热水、卫生间、电梯等各项维修维护工作。服务供应商负责公共区域巡视、报修、检查维修后质量等。
2. 公共区域以外区域的日常巡视检查。TE已经做好各类巡检表格和工作说明，巡视检查目视检查为主。
3. 公共区域以外的硬件装修部分的自主维护维修。空调和消防系统有专业供应商做维护，日常维护供应商负责日常简易维修和应急临时处理。主要有空调室内部分、新风机和新风过滤器、低压配电、高架地板、地毯、吊顶、墙面等日常巡检和维护维修。涉及备件更换的，材料费用由甲方按照订单程序另行支付。
4. 配合甲方其他供应商保质保量完成合同范围内的工作。
响应时间：
工作时间每周一到周五，8:30-17:30现场简单维修工作，30分钟内响应。
周末和平时晚上紧急情况，如漏水、漏电、电梯关人等，能够电话联系到；必要时2小时内到现场。
