1. 负责集团人力资源管理:全盘负责人力资源体系、制度及工作流程建立并监督执行。（包括制定人力资源规划、关键人才招聘、人才培养体系搭建、绩效考核及激励体系建设、薪酬福利制度建设、劳动关系管理制度建设等）。

2. 负责集团行政管理:全盘负责行政管理体系、制度及工作流程建设并监督执行。

3. 负责企业文化建设:负责建立企业文化体系建设及主导贯彻落实。（包括文化体系构建、文化场景搭建、文化氛围营造、活动策划及落地、文化载体整合及宣导）。

4. 负责对外公共关系管理：负责企业对内、对外的公共关系工作，与有关政府部门、半官方机构、高层决策人士保持良好的沟通关系。

5. 负责行政人力成本管理:根据行政人力策略，进行行政及人力成本分析、核算、控制及优化配置。

任职要求：

1. 10年以上企业综合管理经验，5年以上美资企业管理经验；

2. 美国留学背景优先,本科及以上学历，企业管理、工商管理等管理类专业，具有旅游、地产、酒店、时尚消费行业工作经验者优先；

3. 对现代企业管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验，善于整合各类资源；

4. 具有出色的沟通协调能力、应变能力及解决问题的能力。

Our investment strategies are fully integrated with the development policies of local governments, with a focus on mixed-use urban lifestyle, and Resort/Hospitality projects.
