职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Wiring harness engineering robustness, Design for Manufacturing/Design for Assembly/Design for Service, part release, parts list/complexity management/ BOM management, Cost & Weight;负责整车电子线束产品工程鲁棒性,设计制造性/设计装配性/设计服务性,产品发布,产品件号综合管理/产品明细表管理,成本&重量管理;
- Lead and develop the component/system level Quality History/DFMEA/PFMEA/B-diagram/P-diagram etc robustness analysis;主导和开发线束部件/系统级历史质量分析/DFMA/PMEA/产品模块图等鲁棒性工程分析;
- Lead Wiring Design rule check and VRQA (Vehicle Routing Quality Assurance) check;主导线束设计规范检查和整车布线质量检查
- Support the component and system level specification for wiring harness and its associated components such as Tape, Grommet and Connector etc;支持电子线束及其相关部件标准规范的制定,包括胶带,密封圈,连接器等等部件;
- Evaluate and identify the suppliers to meet Ford cost, quality, weight, volume and timing requirements cooperating with cross-functional team;为满足福特的成本,质量,重量,产能和时间进度目标与多供能小组合作去评估和鉴别供应商的能力;
- Lead the supplier to design and develop components and/or system to meet all requirements including cost/quality/weight/timing;为满足福特的成本,质量,重量和时间进度目标去领导供应商在部件和系统的设计和开发;
- Lead an implementation of FORD product development process / quality operation system and ensure the milestone deliverables completed on time with quality;主导福特产品开发流程/质量运作体系的贯彻执行和确保整车开发阶段按时保质完成;
- Develop and manage ESOW (Engineering Statement Of Work) to ensure all FORD Quality, Design and Engineering requirements being fully cascaded to the supplier;为确保福特质量,设计和工程要求完全传递给供应商去开发和管理产品工程开发责任申明;
- Ensue that the EDS prototype build successfully supports the vehicle prototype build on time with quality;确保电子线束的样件制造按时保质支持整车样车制造;
- Responsible for the robust design verification, production product validation and engineering sign-off;负责鲁棒性设计验证,产品验证和工程签发;
- Lead in resolving the issues down to the closure and manage design & engineering changes;主导产品质量问题的解决和管理工程设计变更;
- Support all APQP activities including PPAP sign-off.支持所有APQP的活动,包括PPAP签发。
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering required;电子电气相关工程的本科以上学历(包括本科);
- Minimum of 3 years engineering experience in Vehicle EDS (Wiring harness & Schematic);3年以上整车电子线束系统(电子线束和电气原理)工程经验;
- In-depth knowledge in electrical circuit design and prototype making;熟练电子/电气线路设计和样件制造;
- In-depth knowledge in wiring harness manufacturing/assembly and launch process;熟练电子线束制造/生产和投放流程;
- Some knowledge in the Yellow board/Bread board builds and test;掌握整车电子电气功能测试板(台)构建和功能测试;
- Experience in component /system design verification process and test planning/execution;掌握汽车电子部件/系统设计和验证流程和测试计划开发;
- Experience in Quality/Reliability process including Design FMEA, Process FMEA, Control plan and 8D (or similar problem solving methods);掌握汽车质量/可靠性流程,包括设计FMEA,过程 FMEA,控制计划和 8D (或相近问题解决方法);
- Good English skills in writing, reading, listening and speaking.良好的英语说写听读能力;
- Based in Nanjing, willing to relocate to Chongqing for minimun two years(Relocation reuired);
