Major Responsibilities:

TVM Finance Matched Pair

? Support the Commodity Purchasing manager in identifying TVMER opportunities & developing strategies to achieve cost reduction target

? Support the Commodity Group in preparation of data for the Commodity Weekly, War Room, Non Linear, meetings etc.

? Support the Commodity Group in preparation &/or participation in any Gap Weeks/Events, as and when required and support the Commodity Group on any adhoc special studies, reporting, etc, in support of the achievement of their Material Cost Reduction targets

? Coordinate with Commodity Purchasing manager & Commodity buyers to track movement of TVMER actions and confirm that claims on suppliers are processed on a timely basis.

? Support Purchasing Office in understanding data in TVMER and developing material cost forecast for Commodity Group using TVMER

? Perform financial analysis to support Purchasing Managers decision, e.g., sourcing / re-sourcing, etc.

GCBP Activities

? Support alignment of regionalization and globalization

? Support GCBP activities for interior & raw material commodity

Support Management with key finance studies

? Support Management with key finance studies

Qualification Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree in Account , Finance or related field, MBA is a plus

? 3-4 years in finance/accounting or related field

? Experience in finance analysis in multination company

? Finance and Accounting

? Able to manage work scheduling independently due to a different time zone in APA
