Responsibility:

Manage the PD IT in China as the Single Point of Contact for the Product Development business partners in China. (Ford and Joint Ventures) - Represents IT to the business and represents the business to IT
To be the Leadership / Management single point of contact representing China into the regional PD IT Team
Work with business partners and regional and global IT teams to define and agree on IT initiatives required to support the PD business growth strategy.
Own and manage the PD IT budget and planning for China as part of the regional PD IT Team
Take the lead for functional aspects of the PD application portfolio e.g. Partner Management, and In-Vehicle S/W, etc.
Provide support for and lead specific aspects of the Joint Venture relationship management for PD IT
Manage regional PD IT portfolio by working collaboratively with partners across the region and in North America, Europe and South America


Requirement:



Business Relationship Management
Portfolio management
Project management and business analysis / requirements analysis
Working knowledge of the generic software development process - with focus on the ID and assess and project planning / deployment aspects
A knowledge of the Product Development / Engineering generic business process would be ideal but not essential
Good communication skills to build relationships with Business and IT partners
Delivery focus
Drive for results, able to work with limited supervision
Able to work with diverse cultures and with out-of-country
