职位描述
Our client, a well established global logistics company is now looking for a Operations Manager to join their team in Nanjing.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all warehousing & distribution and drumming, ISO container operational activities, processes and systems within the site comply with the company's contractual and service standard obligations
- Ensures the commercial and financial day-to-day success of the contract
- Responsible for recruitment, retention and development of employees within the contract
- Respond to all customer requests and assume responsibility for customer follow-up of complex enquiries
- Manage contract obligation, including scheduling and management of resources against demand
- Ensure safety issues identified are followed up with appropriate action accordingly
- Ensure KPI & data collection requirements are kept up to date & displayed
- Contribute to the development & performance of the management team
- Ensure appropriate communication plans are in place and monitored to assist in individual & team performance, continuous improvement and to achieve business objectives
- Designing, implementing and improving supply chain solutions to fit the needs of internal and external customers
- Administration cost control
Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification or above in Supply Chain management, Logistics Management, Operations Management or relevant field
- 5 years or above working experience in chemical industry
- Risk manual training requirements
- Basic LEAN and/or LEAN Change Agent
- Project implementation experiences
- Well-verse of Health & Safety and quality assurance regulations
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
