职位描述
主要职责/Major Responsibilities:
1.根据既定政策,管理公司薪酬福利,确保员工获得合适的薪酬福利。
Administer the company's compensation and benefits programs in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position.
2.负责工资管理。
Responsible for payroll management.
3.负责社会保险和住房公积金管理。
Responsible for social insurance and housing management.
4.维护薪酬福利相关的数据。
Maintain the related compensation and benefits data.
5.负责岗位分析和评估,参与年度市场薪酬福利调查,并协助薪资福利经理制定年度调薪和奖金分配方案,以及薪资福利策略。
Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, participate in annual market compensation and benefits survey. Support C&B Manager for the establishment of merit increase, bonus distribution, and the C&B strategy.
6.分析公司内部和市场外部的薪酬福利数据,为薪酬福利经理决策提供依据。
Analyze company internal and market external C&B data, to provide the base to C&B Manager for making important decision.
7.协助薪资福利经理制定、修改、更新相关的薪资福利政策。
Support C&B Manager for the establishment, revision and update related C&B policies.
8.确保所有产出的正确性。
Ensure the accuracy for all the outputs.
9.准备月度薪酬福利报表,以支持相关的薪酬福利分析。
Prepare the C&B metrics on monthly basis to support the C&B analysis.
10.协助薪酬福利经理做好年度预算计划,定期就实际与预算进行追踪和分析。
Support C&B Manager for the annual budget planning. Analyze the difference between actual and budget regularly
11.与相关政府部门保持良好的合作关系,力争获得足够的支持。
Keep the good relationship with the related governments to get adequate support from governments.
12.及时汇报国家及地方政府的相关劳动政策法规的变动,准备报告,为薪酬福利经理决策提供建议。
Report any changes of national & local government labor law and regulations, prepare the report and advise C&B Manager for making important decision.
13.遵循公司能源管理办法。
Obey company energy sources management policy.
14.薪酬福利经理安排的其他工作任务。
Other assignments assigned from C&B Manager.
任职要求/ Qualifications:
必须具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications
1.大学及以上学历。
University and the above.
2.2年及以上独资/合资制造工厂的人力资源工作经验。
2 years + with solely-owned/joint venture manufacturing plants in human resources area.
3.熟悉国家及地方劳动政策法规。
Familiar with national & local government labor law and regulations.
4.良好的沟通能力,流利的英文表达能力 – 读/写/听/说。
Good communicator skill, fluent English skill – reading/writing/listening/speaking.
5.熟练操作Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公室软件。
Experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc. office software.
6.良好的数据分析能力。
Good data analysis skill.
7.良好的团队合作精神。
Good team work spirit.
优先录取的录用条件 Preferred qualifications
1.经济学,人力资源等专业毕业优先考虑。
BA + in Economics, Human Resources qualification preferred.
2.有独资/合资制造工厂的薪酬福利领域的工作经验优先考虑。

Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
