岗位描述：
1.  负责iOS、Android移动设备产品的基础组件设计；
2.  主导设定整体视觉风格和VI设计；
3.  负责基础组件的制定和规范化；
4.  将整体的组件设计形成最终的通用的基础组件。
基本要求：
1.  大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2.  优秀的审美能力和视觉表现力，精通色彩、图形、信息和GUI设计原则及方法；
3.  具有5年以上前端开发经验，精通各种前端技术，包括HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Node.JS等；
4.  具备跨终端的前端开发能力，在Web（PC+Mobile）/Hybrid App/Native App三个方向上至少精通一个方向，精通APP的基础组件设计；
5.  能熟练使用主流的JavaScript框架（React/Angular/Vue框架等），并精通其中的一种以上；
6.  了解一门服务器编程语言如Java等；
7.  对前端工程化与模块化开发有一定了解，并有实践经验（如Webpack/Gulp/NPM/YARN等）；
8.  具备良好的团队协作精神，能利用自身技术能力提升团队整体研发效率，提高团队影响力；
9.  对前端技术有持续的热情，个性乐观开朗，逻辑性强，善于合作沟通
