Main tasks of the position:

· Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts and distributors

· Increase sales by actively selling to end users, support other specialists and representatives to develop tactical plans to reach maximize revenues

· Responsible for business planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives, key performance indicators and revenue forecasts

· Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references, and increase number of strategic partnerships

· Use CRM database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness "in front of" the customer and aid sales

· Organize meetings/ communication channels to ensure effective communication across business units

Position requirements:

· At least Bachelor’s Degree in Biological/Medical sciences or other relevant disciplines

· 0-2 years’ sales experience and familiar with reagent

· 1 year laboratory experience is prefer.

· Good English capability in reading and writing
