Responsibility:
---Develop and execute HR strategies in support of the business in Nanjing Office in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation and organizational development.

--- Provide necessary coaching to business leader and local management team

--- Drive and deploy procedures and policies in all areas involving HR systems

--- Conduct organization assessments and upgrade talent through staffing and talent pipeline development

--- Deliver company values, integrity and compliance standard


Profile:
-- Sports enthusiast;
-- Bachelor degree or above;
-- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese,French will be a strong plus;
-- Detail-oriented with strong sense of human and responsibility
-- Relevant HR management work experience would be highly regarded
