职位名称：市场助理（考虑应届生）

工作内容：

? Marketing operation  coordination to risk control and data analysis

? Master marketing operation system and process, provide daily gate review and operation tasks.

? Frequently deliver marketing dashboard related data analysis and make sure data efficiency

? Documentation archiving and storage management

? Support team on new project management 

? Training and Communication 

? Proactive keep daily communication with BU users and make sure transfer clear messages to solve problems.

? Manage BICO communication tools and make sure messages and information delivered well to users

? Other ad hoc communication related assignment

工作要求：

? Bachelor's degree

? About 2 years customer service experience, diligent fresh graduate is considered. 

? Cross-functional communication skill, good communication and understanding capability. 

? Quick thinking, good sense of customer service. Good-natured, patient, responsible, with teamwork spirit, be able to work under pressure and conflict management capability. Ability to do detail work and proactive meet customer's needs

? Fluent in English listening, speaking and writing ability
