工作描述：
1.与欧美客户进行常规联络和沟通，完成客户要求处理的事情
2.销售服务的跟踪管理，及时处理服务中存在的各种问题
3.及时有效的处理各种客户投诉，协助一线销售人员做好售后服务工作
要求：
1.有客户服务工作经验
2.形象气质佳，较好的亲和力和客户沟通能力
3.具有较强的组织协调能力
4.大专以上，需有良好的英语沟通能力，能与欧美客户直接交流，细致且耐心
Job Purpose: Manage after sales fulfillment services for old and new clients in European & American department.
Duties:
* Contact and communicate with the European & American clients. Manage ongoing needs and requirements of clients.
* Continual service and follow-up on acquired clients. Manage daily activities of the after-sale fulfillment client service department, ensuring appropriate support is provided in a timely and effective manner. Handle potential client complaints.
* Assist the sales associates in achieving after sales work.

Requirements:
* Have experience of client service.
* Good communication and organizational skills. Good appearance and customer service.
* University degree and excellent English speaking skills. Communicate in English as well as meticulous and patient.
