HR PY (Payroll) team are responsible for timely and accurate payroll operations. This includes payment of remuneration, pension payments, and any other required payments in accordance with country legal requirements. The PY team communicate with Business units, coworkers and local vendor as required on any payroll related activities. The PY team also provide standard reports for internal and external monitoring purposes, and annual income/tax summaries for coworkers where this is a country legal requirement We are now looking for a Payroll Assistant, as a member of IKEA SSC CN Team.

The Payroll Assistant will: ？

Take responsibility in your area of competence to deliver high-professional, accurate, timely, compliant and consistent services according to KPIs and SLAs ？

Process Payroll timely and accurately using the IKEA Payroll Processing routines according the documented Payroll Procedures Manual ？

Checking correctness of payroll activities and logging errors which may affect payroll calculation process in appropriate files ？

In cooperation and upon consultation with Team Leaders/PA/PY Manager monitor the quality of services in your area of responsibility and partner with other internal and external departments and HR locations to improve customer satisfaction ？
