Essential Responsibilities
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with NPI teams on product/siting requirements and pilot sites using a strong “Voice of the Customer”, in relationship with our regional Installation Support Leaders (ISL’s)
• Identify technical issues for improvement & drive engineering solutions to those issues
• Facilitating and coordinating activities required for the global organization to catch an NPI program after it is launched.
• Lead and support install Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) products for Rad & CT
• Align install design requirements with customer needs and existing customer site capabilities
• Drive service & modality synergies with site installation activities
• Serve as a feedback loop to Engineering for install issues
• Promote standardization across modalities with peer IML’s
• Maintaining full regulatory compliance and other legal requirements.

Role Summary/Purpose

The Installation Modality Leader (IML) will have ownership & accountability for the global Rad & CT modality, ensuring Design for Installation as well as continuous improvement to the project implementation process. The IML will work cross-functionally with the global project management teams and the product engineering teams to drive Design for Installation improvements on new and existing products, as well as supporting install cycle time reduction, and install productivity.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or Healthcare
• 4 years of Field Service or Site Installation of medical imaging equipment.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen, product knowledge
• Experience and knowledge of GE Healthcare Rad & CT Products or competitors’ products
