Essential Responsibilities
- Facilitates product backlog development, sprint planning, review, and retrospective, and daily stand-up meetings
- Drive to build and enhance team’s self-organizing culture
- Tracking team’s execution efficiency, and help team improve process continuously
- Finds roadblocks (including tools) and facilitate team to remove roadblocks
- Support team improve engineering practice capability, help team increase productivity
- Acts as a servant leader to facilitate the team’s success
Qualifications/Requirements
Education and Experiences:
- Bachelor or above with major in computer engineering or relative
- Bachelor 5+ years, Master 3+ years of software development experiences

Qualifications:
- Master Agile theory with Scrum Master experience in 1+ program
- Fantastic communication and facilitation skill
- Good coaching skill
- Scrum Master or Product Owner certified as plus
- Proficient in at least one programming language, like C++ or Java
- Master object-oriented analysis and design, familiar with UML
- Experienced in software program management as plus

Personal Profile:
- Willing to pursue Scrum Master as short-term or long-term career
- Integrity, strong ownership, self-motivated, teamwork
- Good skills in English reading and writing
