Essential Responsibilities
 Be responsible for providing technical leadership, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
 Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities
 Work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables
 Ensure team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business direction, strategy and results
 Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
 Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
 Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using technology chosen
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
 Experiences in software product installation, troubleshooting, building, deployment, commissioning, configuring, etc.
 2+ years software development and integrated solution development experiences
 Agile, flexible. Great team work.


Desired Characteristics:

 Hands-on experience in web application development using Spring framework (Spring core, Spring Data JPA, Spring Web MVC, etc.)
 Experience with SQL Database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.
 Good understanding of OO programming and design patterns
 Experience with Web/Mobile Application development using HTML5/JavaScript/CSS3 is a plus
