工作职责:

What is Production? It
s the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.
Main Responsibilities
Office Administration Operations
? Daily admin operations – Ensure daily operations are executed, e.g. access control, telephone
system, purchasing and maintenance of office supplies.
? Renovation and re"location" projects – Liaising with contractors ensuring completion of project
schedule, i.e. space planning, updating floor plans and moving logistics.
? Repair and Maintenance – Monitor and ensure “Repair and Maintenance Logbook” is up to date and
repair and maintenance work carried out within the quickest timeframe.
? New joiner – Provide General Admin Orientation briefing for new joiners on the first day at H&M
followed by more detailed Orientation with Accounts to explain travel policy
? Assist Ad Hoc Projects – Sourcing potential venues for external meetings, including dinner options as
well as launching in-house employee events.
? Strategy – Work with Office Administration Manager to improve operations, streamline admin
procedures for an improved internal process.
Vendor Procurement
? Liaising with vendors to benchmark costs and price negotiation.
? Work with Office Admin Manager in reviewing annual service agreements of existing vendors and
sourcing new vendors for competitive pricing.
Security Support
? Crisis Response Plan - Assisting the Office Admin Manager/Security Responsible in keeping the
information up to date and making it a ‘live’ document. Periodically obtaining staff updates from HR
and updating the Crisis Phone Chain document with any and all changes.
? Fire Drill – Assisting the Office Admin Manager/Security Responsible in ensuring Fire Evacuation
Drills are carried out twice a year. Also assisting in briefing the Fire Wardens nominated by the PO
teams.
? Safety Week – Assisting the Office Admin Manager/Security Responsible in planning events for the
annual safety week, scheduled week 4 each year.
任职资格:
Education and Experience requirements
? Minimum 2 years experiences in similar role
? University graduate or Diploma in Business Management
? Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
? Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
Knowledge and Skill requirements
? Professional personal presentation
? Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
? Information management
