Own and improve the branding initiativesand all related material output;  

Produce the design and production for theonline materials, including but not limited to, websites, productgraphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich bannerads, email campaigns, and email templates;

Oversee the design andproduction of the print materials, including but not limited to, magazines, annualreports;

• Implement productpositioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies intoeffective designs;

• Identify and understand different stakeholderaudiences, adapting design material to suit these nuances, when necessary;

• Establish new print and online standards andparameters for the employees to work within;

• Create and maintain a print and web designschedule ;

• Coordinate all production requests, monitorproduction timelines and liaise with outside production vendors and internalpurchasing departments;

• Perform regular troubleshooting or resolutionwork as needed;

• Perform other duties as assigned bythe Director of Advancement and Communications.

  EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Universitygraduate, or equivalent training and experience in layout and design;

• Significant experiencewith a variety of media (print, motion, web) including a fluency?in Adobe software programs suchas?InDesign,?PageMaker, Illustrator,?Photoshop,?and Microsoft Office programs;?

• Fluencyin English and Chinese preferred;

• Possesses a passion for visual design and learning new methods ofdesigning print and digital experiences;

• Understandingof changing technical standards and implementation in both print and onlinematerial;

• Knowledgeand experience with major social media networks;

• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively witha wide range of constituencies in a diverse community;

• Abilityto work under deadline pressure;

• Abilityto handle several assignments simultaneously;

• Strongorganizations skills, self-motivated, and creative;

• Attentionto detail.
