Meet and exceed pre-set sales target.

Manage Life Science key accounts with people management responsibility.

Responsible for business planning, forecasting and achieving corporate goals and KPIs

Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references.

Work closely with marketing team to develop strategies and organize marketing activities to drive Life Science business (i.e. promotion/ seminars/ workshops)

Evaluate customer needs and market competition.

Provide regular reports to the management team on market, customer and sales movements.

Report market trends of new & existing products in the local market.

Build QIAGEN ’s image in the market as reliable partner for all their needs.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Biological Medical sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related studies

Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience for Life Science products preferably with people management experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Supervisor.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (speaking and writing)

Proven ability to build relationships and influence customers at all levels.

Experienced in various molecular techniques including RNA, DNA manipulation, PCR, Sequencing, NGS and Bioinformatics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A team player with the ability to work independently.

Professional, self-motivated, focused and creative.
