Essential Responsibilities
• Set up and maintain sales operation processes and policies and deliver to front line through daily work.
• Collect MPC, win & loss & PSI data to analyze the market size & share & forecast
• Check commercial items of tender documents and ensure approval before authorization
• Approve POP & Order change items according to GE policy
• Approve POP price and maintain SPA process with finance team
• Work closely with finance & OTR to drive the order booking process
• Update SFDC system timely
• Deliver process & policy through weekly sales training
• Maintain the account management to align with GE’s strategy
• Other related roles not mentioned above to simplify process and drive growth
Role Summary/Purpose
Provide first level support to front line as coordinator of cross functions to smooth ITO process. Responsible for collecting & analyzing sales market data and timely update SFDC. Responsible for driving order booking through forecast review. May be responsible for providing training to sales teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree, preferred for major in accounting, international trade, business administrations & logistics
• 2+ years related working experience is a must, experience in multinational corporation is preferred
• Excellent communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people;
• Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.;
• Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines
• Good English capability in both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Sales experience/Trade and finance background is preferred
• Flexibility, good negotiation skills

3. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
