Order placement (20%)

• Control Future order, manual
  order process in SPOMA, make sure all members respect timeline and orders
  successfully submitted, together with SPOMA category teams & Mops

• Prepare supporting documents
  & required information for future order placement

• Consolidate placed orders from
  systems & follow up order status

• Sense check order volume
  (against current stock)

   

  Contract management for assets & agencies &
  facilities support (10%)

• Compliance of contract and
  related internal processes including

  - Prepare
  contracts with confirmed terms & conditions

  - Follow up
  contract approval process

  - Contract
  record management

  - Compliance of
  contract

  - CR, GR &
  Payment tracking

   

  Seeding approval process (20%)

• Monitoring SDM orders requests
  within seeding approval process

• Ensure seeding orders been
  submitted with sufficient supporting documents & required information for
  seeding approval

• Follow up seeding approval
  progress, coordinate with MOPS, PO, and OBF for seeding fulfillment

   

  Inventory management (20%)

• Monitor category’s seeding
  inventory status & make seeding plans base on inventory arrivals, delay and
  special issue in SZDC & SDM, foresee and solve potential issues

• Monitor all seeding inventory
  status, make action plans if needed

• Support regular inventory
  reports with comments & calls for actions if needed

   

  Team management & Process Control (20%)

• Support AST senior Manager to
  lead Asset Service SPOMA team, work together with SPOMA category colleagues for
  orders, co-ordinate with agency, SCM, IT, BU, to keep optimizing SDM/SPMS
  system & process, to for better inventory monitoring & seeding orders

• Follow up with SPMS & transportation team
  colleagues in SZDC on product delivery & solve issues

• Check products arrival status, delay and
  special issue solving in SZDC

• Help on special requests, e.g. products
  transfer from Own retail, E-com team

• Support on SDM system enhancement based on
  business needs together with IT

   

  Ad hoc requirement & tasks (10%)

• Provide Support on on Ad Hoc event
  / asset special requests based on needs from SPOMA team, sourcing internally and
  externally

• Other marketing related tasks
