This role is mainly to support the brand merchandise manager in daily product management work to maintain the Merchandising files and data. Work closely with planning team, marketing team, VM team and training team on price setting and sample management.

10% Support Brand Merchandising Manager and category senior merchandisers in daily management of global PLM files(PDF/Excel) update to ensure buying information is timely updated for China line plan.

30% Work on merchandising files update, including Weekly Sales Report update, Seasonal Launching Plan PPT/Excel update, Seasonal Bible update, Price List update (non-scheduled), Map update (weekly), etc.

20% Pricing system management, including Pre-season product RRP upload, In-season promotion set and Off-season MKD set.

10% Prepare seasonal China Trade Show material. Such as Catalogue excel file edit and Catalogue print.

10% Sample management. Work closely with marketing team, VM team and Training team under the guideline of sample borrowing process. Also responsible for sample tidy up and sample sales.

10% Prepare market Research report and store visit report to analysis the product performance market trend and competition highlight in different regions.

10% Other Merchandising team work support. For example:
