职位描述
1.To promote DyStar products and achieve sales increase target in South China.
Expand customers’ wallet share and develop new customers to increase DyStar market share speedily.
2.Coordinate internal technical, marketing and CS resources to ensure the delivery of DyStar products’ CVP, ensure sufficient and high-level customer service quality, build-up WOM.
Sales channel/ dealer management and development to facilitate fast increase of sales in South China

be sensitive in perception and swift in action about business opportunities in responsible Sales area;
Evaluate, develop new customers to increase sales under identified business strategy in responsible area, fully utilizing available resources and sales channels, leveraging partnerships internal and external (through the whole industry value chain).
Maintain a good relationship with customers (both direct and indirect), get thorough understanding of customers’ painpoints, KPI, and explore DyStar products’ customer value, to expand Wallet Share at existing customers and develop new customers via proper CVP (customer value proposition) to increase DyStar’s market share speedily.
Strengthen sales channel by dealer management and development in responsible area.
Prepare customer quotation & contracts.
Answer customer inquiries, handle daily customer complaints.
Coordinate internal resources (technical, marketing and CS etc) to ensure sufficient and high-level customer service, build-up WOM.
Monitor general records on customers’ individual profile; deliver visit reports, bulk trial customer communication reports, monthly sales reports; provide inputs on MI (market Intelligence) and CI (competition information), and ensure the records/reports are up-to-date and delivered in time.
Carry out bulk trials at customers’ dye houses with the support from Technical colleagues.
Provide daily technical support to customers.
Ensure problem-free running of products at the customers’ sites with the support from Technical colleagues.
Recommend credit limit / payment terms on new customers.
Responsible for customer outstanding AR.
Investigate and facilitate commercial claims/ customer complaints
