POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provides technical assistance to customers on the telephone and on the customer's site. Provides application/technical assistance to domestic/international sales force. Assists in training and providing technical information to the field service and salespeople as required. Plays key role in communicating product related issues to appropriate departments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for providing technical or application related assistance over toll-free support and telephone to customers, salespeople, and service organization. Register the case in CRM
2. Pre-sale application support for sales force
3. Travels to customer sites to evaluate and rectify touph application issues.
4. Be responsible for maintaining the required technical knowledge of the other regional team members.
5. Perform customer, sales, or service tech training both in-house and on-site.
6. Be responsible for providing customer feedback to manufacturing and engineering, solving the customers problem, and notifying the field of the problem if applicable.
7. Will review all technical publications prior to publication.
8. Must have the ability to collect data, create and maintain CIP control charts.
9. Will keep field service engineers abreast of changes to existing products, and releases of new products.
10.Will take an active part in training.

SCOPE
Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written; must have demonstrated strong stand-up training skills. Must have demonstrated proficiency, evidenced by above average performance reviews or by making notable contributions in a previous position within the company.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Four-year technical degree in instruments, automation or engineering; At least 3 years experience as an Instruments or Electronic engineer or service engineer in Process Control Industry; Familiar with flowmeters and nature gas industry is a plus.
