This position acts as the central nervous system of the sales and marketing team, by monitoring sales performance data, aligning the team with corporate objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of our business strategies in the North Asia Pacific region.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Forecast, monitor and control sales performance related data
• Advise the team on strategy, implementation, measurement and development
• Support the team on managing sales cycles and processes
• Ensure data quality and compliance with processes and systems
• Validate and propose ideas for future improvement of sales performance and processes
• Function as the region’s expert on sales management systems

Your skills and experience

Ideally, you should have some hands-on experience in managing sales performance by utilizing data and presenting your findings effectively to senior management. You have a proven track record in leading collaboration with cross functional teams, and able to proactively seek process improvement. You place customer satisfaction at the highest priority and enjoy working in a multinational environment.
