具体内容：
要求5年以上CRM尤其是salesforce配置管理经验
对开发语言有一定了解
英语口语熟练，能够和国外团队无障碍沟通。
Requirements:
? Strong oral and written communication skills.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skills.
? Strong background in requirements gathering, business analysis, and business process documentation, specifically for sales or digital marketing business units.
? Strong knowledge and skills with configuration and administration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce Automation (SFA) platforms, specifically SalesForce.com.
? Thorough functional understanding of one or more functional business areas, preferably Sales and Digital Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or Service and Support.
? Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment.
? Working knowledge of enterprise application system development methodology and life cycle.
? Some programming and development skills in a global, enterprise environment.
? Knowledge of one or more programming languages and development tools, specifically Java, C#/ASP.net, Python, or another core language.
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Project; or other similar tools.
? Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other programmer/analysts cross functional peers to support deadlines.
? Ability to lead projects and drive initiatives through implementation cycles.
? Responsibility:
o The tasks this individual is responsible for are often non-routine and unstructured, requiring creative solutions.
o This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems.
Education & Experience:
? A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. 6 to 8 years of experience is preferred.
? A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree required; Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field is preferred.
? Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks.
? Certification as a SalesForce.com administrator strongly preferred.
