Main Job responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing new vendors, and carry out factory pre-audit visits to review factory capability, suitability and capacity.

• Prepare RFQ (Request for Quote) and issue to prospective vendors.

• Price negotiations to reach desired quality/design/trend, delivery and pricing objectives.

• Share new materials and ideas with HQ for project development.
• Collect samples from various suppliers, and choose the qualified samples to HQ.
• Prepare contract terms, conditions and production schedules.
• Monitoring supplier performance, conduct WIP QC and final QC to ensure product quality and deliver time.

• Reviewing buying briefs and conduct pre-production meetings with vendors for major projects to ensure all requirement are communicated and comprehended.
• Working with factories and suppliers to improve factory operations, capacity and product quality.
• Carrying out complain analysis, including investigating specific quality issues, identity risk, root cause and putting in place corrective actions and future preventative measures where necessary.
• Good team players and strong negotiation skills.

• Document checking and liaise with accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely.
• Good at oral and written English.
